酷暑の中、海外からのバイヤーが来社してくださいました。

日本のこの暑さに驚いていると思いましたが、北半球は酷暑な土地が沢山あるようです。
バイヤーの国もさながら、永久凍土のイメージがある北極で３０度を超える気温が観測されており、過去何万年と溶け出なかった氷河や氷が解け流れているそうです。
温暖化による海水面の上昇など、世界的に問題が上がった事もありますが。

今年は水がらみの事象が多いので、海面の上昇により海からの災害の危惧します。

豪雨からのこの酷暑で全国的に影響が出ています。
この一週間で９９５６人が熱中症で病院に搬送され、１４人の方が亡くなったそうです。

天変地異を垣間見るかのように地震、豪雨、酷暑。
災害は常に身の回りに付きまとっているようです。
いつも書かせて頂いていますが、防災の備えは大切です。
自分や家族を友達を守れる大切な手段です。

今月は末まで暑い日が続くという話です。

先週の金土日と観測史上を超える豪雨が続きました。
全国的にも西日本で大きく被害がでました。

私自身も金曜は会社に出勤する為に息子の車で移動をしておりましたが、国道２号線を最寄りの駅から２駅分進むだけで３時間。
途中、私だけ電車に乗り換え会社に向かいましたが５時間前後かかる出勤となりました。
息子は７時間弱ほどかけて出社しました。

その日の帰りもJRは全て止まり、山陽電車は土砂で止まり、地下鉄を利用して帰ろうと終点の西神中央まで行ったはいものの。
それはそれはとんでもない程のタクシーとバスの待ち人の数です。
数時間は乗ることが出来なかったでしょう。
乗ったとしても、身動きが取れたかどうかという状態でした。

仕方なく会社に戻り一晩を過ごすことになり、翌日息子が迎えに来てくれましたが。
また混んでいるということで私だけ先に電車で帰る事にしました。
お陰様で疲れが残ったのか、土日共に部屋からほとんど出ずに休んでおりました。
久しぶりに寝込んだように思います。

雨だ雨だと甘く見ておりましたが、此度の雨は大災害となりました。
いつ何度気も油断はしてはならないという事を身に染みる一週間となりました。

前試合のポーランド戦は大変不評で、
試合に負けて勝負には勝った。そんな試合でしたね。
次のトーナメントに進むため監督が判断を下し、コロンビアが勝利したことでその結果は見事に成功で終わりました。
危険な賭けであり、スポーツマンシップに反すると批判の声が高まりました。
が、これもまた作戦であり、日本は次に進むことが出来ています。

周りから批判される行動でも、チームや仲間を思うからこそ踏み切ったのでしょう。

先週の中ほどから香港でジュエリーショーがございました。
今回は初海外の若手の参戦してショーを迎える展示会となりました。

私も参加をする予定でございましたが。
先週に外出した際に電車でカバンを忘れ物と勘違いされ、駅に提出され私のカバンがない！という状態に陥りました。
鞄にパスポートを入れていたはずだったので私も大変慌てでしたが、パスポートは違う鞄に入っていて気づいたころにはチケットやホテルはキャンセルしてしまっていまして、今回の参加は難しくなりました。

タイミングが悪く機会を逃す事になり、大変残念でしたが注意をしておけば防げた出来事です。
この失敗はまた次に活かすべきだと思いました。

本日８時前に大阪での地震が大変大きな地震が起こりました。
まだどれほどの被害が想定されるかわかりません。

以前の震災の際に大きな地震の前に震度５を超える余震を伴った事が有ったようです。
記憶に新しい熊本の地震でも震度７を１度に震度６を超える地震が３度おこりました。

その前例から考えても未だ大きな地震が来る可能性は十分にあり得ます。
対策と安全な場所の確保はしておくべきではないでしょうか。

米朝会談が迫って参りました。
史上初となる米朝会議であり、日本や東アジアに大きな影響与え、
会談の結果は後世の教科書にも残る事になるでしょう。

昨年まではアジアの火薬庫と揶揄される程の緊張状態でありましたが、
韓国との融和モードに入った事により緊張状態が緩まった形となりました。
しかし、少し穏やかに見える状態であるからこそ、最も緊張の糸が張っている状態なのだと言えるのではないでしょうか。

時間は有限であることをしかと感じます。
私のやりたいことは沢山有りますが、手が間に合わない状態です。

絵を描き、字を書き、人と会い。
様々な事で時間を使いますが、
私がやりたいと思うほど、まだまだ先は続いています。

家族やスタッフ、周りの方々に伝えたい考えや思いは底を尽きないほどあります。
皆さんも今動ける時であるならば、常に動き続けましょう。

５月も最後。
今月は私の妹が母の面倒を見てくれていたお陰で、私は私の仕事に打ち込むことが出来ました。

しかし、介護疲れで妹は体調を崩しました。
夜中に何度もトイレで起こされたり、母相手だとしても人対人でのストレスが溜まるでしょう。
目に見えて疲れが出て、体調を崩してしまいました。

私と違い妹には甘えていたのが重なってしまった事もある様でした。

来月には母にはまたショートステイに出てもらう事になりますが、私も体調を崩さないように気を引き締めて介護に当たりたいと思います。

水溶性：水に溶けるビタミン

水溶性に溶けるビタミンは細かく少しづつ摂取すると効率よく摂取することが出来、
油溶性は油分などと摂取することで効率よく摂取することが出来るようです。
しかしどちらも過剰な摂取は体への影響が有るという事です。
過ぎたるは猶及ばざるが如し。

栄養もバランスよく摂取する必要がありますね。
