明けましておめでとう御座います！
しがない日記では御座いますが、本年もどうぞお付き合い宜しくお願いいたします。
私も今年で８０歳。
世間ではヨボヨボになっている年齢ですよ！と言われますが、私の姿を見ると皆さん口を揃えて「１０代、２０代若い！」とよくおべんちゃらを頂きます(笑)
元気の源は常に前向きである事。失敗しても前に進むこと。辛いこともしっかり受け止める事。
自分に気合をしっかり入れる事で、人はいくらでも元気になれます！
ご飯もしっかり食べましょう！
今年も様々な試練に向き合うことになるでしょう。
