貿易摩擦が生じる問題が真珠業界にまで広がり始めました。
あこや真珠の養殖には中国産とベトナム産のあこや貝を掛け合わせ免疫を上げる工程を行うようですが、
中国からの輸出が止められ、掛け合わす事が出来なくなり、生産される貝の免疫が落ち、真珠の生産が安定しなくなるという懸念が生じました。
昨年は母貝の育成が失敗したという情報もあり、生産の場に不安が残る話が多い中です。
こんな状況を試練と受け取り、しっかり歩んで行ってもらいたいものです。
